The hotel could improve its hand soap and shower gel options, as it seems that guests are forced to use the same product for both tasks.

This hotel was a great choice for our city trip. The location was key, with easy access to restaurants and the bus terminal, which enabled us to explore the city and surroundings. The rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out.

We had some issues with the cleaning service, as the cleaner did not thoroughly clean our room and made excuses to avoid cleaning it properly. , the hot and cold water in the shower was difficult to adjust and required some effort to get right.

The rooms at The Pho Thong Phuket were really comfortable and cozy. I felt right at home with the air conditioning and wardrobe provided. As a guest, I loved the fact that the rooms had free WiFi. It made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. It saved me from having to go out and buy water. I really liked the flat-screen television in the room. It was great to unwind and watch my favorite shows. The balcony in the double room was a bonus. It offered a nice spot to enjoy the beautiful views outside. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had good water pressure. They also provided complimentary toiletries.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. It felt a little cold and uncomfortable.

The hotel was situated in a great location which allowed us to easily get to the airport with the bus stop only a 5-minute walk away. We also appreciated the proximity to the pedestrian streets and newness of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing luggage storage even after we checked out.

We experienced some communication issues with the staff when seeking advice on the ferry and taxi services. We were provided with incorrect information on the ferry location and were charged a steep price for a taxi that was ultimately never booked.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of small drawbacks. there was no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a climb.

perfect location, right at the gateway to the old town. exceeded my expectations with a clean room, friendly staff, and free coffee and water at reception. the wifi had some breaks in service, but it wasn't a big issue. overall, a peaceful break in phuket.
